To register and maintain an account on ee3333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account suspended for violations of these Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — and any winnings generated from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated. • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or display bugs to gain credits or winnings to which you are not entitled.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.

ee3333 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, by providing reasonable notice. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified deposits that cannot be attributed to fraudulent activity will be returned to the originating payment method following an investigation period of up to 30 business days.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ee3333's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ee3333's own gross negligence. These exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law and do not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer.
